Matching thank you cards

Last year some of our customers asked us to design matching thank you cards to give to their guests after their party was over. This is such a great idea to keep a uniform theme and really add a personal touch to say 'thanks'. So we've decided that as of this year, you can add matching thank you cards for an additional $10 with every invitation purchase.

These can be text only with your own personalised message, or customised with your little one's photo to make a memorable keepsake.

Here's just one idea we did up for our customer Jess and her cute son's christening..

Printable stationary

I thought I'd add a few printable stationary items to the range such as the ever popular DIY cupcake topper. These are a great way to add finishing touches to party food to really add to your theme and colours. They can not only be used as cupcake toppers but make great gift and favour tags.

Home made Recipes Folder

Being on maternity leave gives me a lot of spare time to 'nest' and tidy things around the house. Today's project was to create a pretty Recipes Folder to house all the recipes my husband has been collecting over the years. It was just about impossible to find a nice ready made folder with a design I liked so I bought one of those clear insert binders, some nice decorative scrapbooking paper and designed my own cover label and spine label. Here's the finished product:

Getting the Nursery Ready

We were finally able to finish setting up our little nursery in anticipation of the arrival of our little baby boy. A neutral colour theme was chosen to match the rest of our apartment and decor... I also thought it would be different to the usual 'baby blue' and can easily be reused if we were to have a little girl next :)

Our very first nephew was born today.. ! And he definately deserved a specially designed birth announcement to show him off to all our friends and family...
